Today, we want to show you this roasted olive oil pad. It doesn’t belong to any traditional sour bread, but it’s a rich, delicious, fast and very easy to make bread. Put the flour in a bowl, add olive oil and water, you can mix them together and try to emulsify. Add a little salt, mix all the ingredients together to form a ball, then put it on the workbench and glue it together until you get a uniform dough.
You can make a lot of this kind of dough as you like. We made some easy to handle small pieces on the grill and practiced them during meals, so we cut about eight dough balls.
Heat the grill (you can make it in a pan) to a temperature slightly above medium heat. Put the dough ball on the roller until you get a very thin dough so you can lift it up without breaking it and take it off the roller as if you want to roll it up.
