If you like the contrast of sweet, salty and spicy, or if you think you’re crazy about this chili sauce, even as a snack or appetizer, the good news is that it’s an easy dish to make and it’s healthy, so put the recipe in your favorite or appetizer Pay attention to use the necessary materials and make them as soon as possible.

In less than 20 minutes, you can bring this dish to the table. As we said, you can have a big dish for each meal, plus a salad, a little rice… Or you can put it in the middle of the table as an appetizer. As you can see below, almost no ingredients are needed, and they are all very easy to get. We hope you can taste this recipe of sugar coated tofu and honey and tell us how you and your guests feel.

Take the tofu out of your bag and shake it clean. You can press it dry with a water absorbent napkin. Peel the garlic (or two if it’s too small) and thin it. Peel the onion and clean it. Wash the parsley and let it dry. Leave a few leaves on it and the rest in the sauce.

Put garlic, onion, coriander, salad dressing (depending on how spicy you like), soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and two tablespoons sesame oil in a bowl. Add sesame.

Cut the tofu into small cubes and put it in a large pan. Heat with the remaining sesame oil. When it’s hot, fry tofu until it’s covered with gold, then put down the fire and take the pot away, so it loses heat.

When the temperature in the pan drops but remains warm, put it on a low heat, dip the tofu in the prepared sauce, cook for a few minutes, and move the tofu into the sauce until the sauce thins.

If you like, put tofu and honey on a plate, on a bed with cinnamon, lettuce, rice… And preserved coriander leaves. Enjoy yourself!
